PhaseRem aims to meet its customer's requirements leaving no stone unturned. Thanks to a well organised and speedy production set-up, along with our standard goods we can offer made-to-measure items (all measurements catered for) which would otherwise be difficult to find on the market.
Each product sheet gives you the possibility of automatically calculating the prices of non-standard items and of purchasing them directly online or with the aid of a consultant.
Production times are fast, with mattresses generally requiring about 7 days (though exceptional cases and long waiting lists may sometimes mean you'll need to be a bit more patient).
Depending on the type of model chosen, bed bases and accessories require from 7 to 15 days.
For obvious reasons, therefore, production times are neither certain nor binding, but are, rather, indicative and average, and should not be used to make unreasonable demands or to lodge complaints. |
