| How payment by instalments works |
|
Payment by instalments can be requested by choosing from among the various payment methods available at the end of the purchasing process.
On choosing this form of payment you will be transferred to the Consel site (www.e-consel.it) to complete your order. Once there, you can select the type of instalment. After you have read the funding and interest rate conditions, you will be asked to supply some personal information (name, address, occupation, number of children, income etc.).
The granting of a loan and the completion of your order are subordinated to the approval of your application by Consel SpA. The transaction takes place in a protected environment on the Consel site, with encrypting at 128bit to guarantee suitable levels of confidentiality for the data provided. The latter is sent directly to Consel SpA and under no circumstances will it be made available to the merchant partner (merchant partner name).
Once the form has been filled in satisfactorily, Consel will give one of the following three responses in real time:
- Provisional approval of funding.
- Request for further information so as to proceed with the application.
- Rejection of the application for funding.
If the application is approved provisionally, you will be invited to fill in the online contract, print it off and return a signed copy, with the following documentation enclosed:
- A copy of an identity document;;
- Your tax identification number;
- A copy of your most recent payslip or declaration of income;
- A gas, light or telephone bill (which will be returned on request).
At this point, you are still not obliged to pay anything.
Once we have received the above documentation, Consel will give definitive approval and send you an e-mail to confirm this. The goods ordered will then be dispatched to the address indicated.
The entire process takes about 4-5 days. To speed up the order it is essential that you return the signed contract and the requested documentation as soon as possible, preferably by first class post. |

| The benefits of instalments |
|
By paying in instalments you will be able to avail of the goods ordered before you begin to pay for them. The first instalment is in fact due 30 days after the finance company has paid over the sum.
In this way, you can spread out your payments and plan your budget without having to empty out your bank account. |

| Conditions of purchase |
|
| Funding can be applied for by private consumers to the value of no less than 155 euro (VAT included) and no more than 7,750.00 euro (VAT included). |
